Embossed Blossoms

Hello!  I’m back.  I had annual leave in January.  January is a good time to take leave because it is the most reliable time of the year for good weather.  It didn’t disappoint, some days it reached 40OC.

The Bendigo Art Gallery had an exclusive Edith Head costume exhibition on during January.  Edith Head worked on 1,000s of films and won 8 Academy Awards.  She dressed stars such as Dorothy Lamour, Mae West, Barbara Stanwick and Veronica Lake.  A friend and I drove up and really enjoyed it.

So now to the card I have made for the Less is More Challenge - Dry Embossing.
Embossing Folder - Stampin Up
Semtiment - Technique Tuesday
Colouring - Copics
Card - Bazzill & UPM

Paris Domino Book

I am back but not for a CAS Card Challenge.  For a change I have some altered art to show you.

My sister suggested we each make a Domino Book, a first for both of us.  We set a deadline, tonight, so there would be no procrastination (as if).

As this is not my usual type of project I had to dig deep, deep into my stash.
I have used a collage sheet of Paris images, K & Company DP, Kaiser Craft rhinestones, a Penny Black stamp and a Technique Tuesday stamp.  The flowers and ribbon are scraps from the bottom of my stash.

Now I am heading over to see my sister's Domino Book and I would advise you to do the same - she does lovely work  Cards & Co.

Thanks for dropping by.
